To be entitled to receive a refund, you can must a claim by completing our online refund & returns claim form providing all relevant information with any incomplete or incorrect information provided may delay the claims process. We will then contact you after reviewing your claim within 5 business days.
A mattress must be in a clean and hygienic state to be distributed to the nearest charity or recycled centre. Any stains or mistreatment of the mattress can void the warranty and revoke any claim for a refund.
If the mattress is found to be in an unsantiary or unhygienic condition upon inspection then no refund will be given.
